What data we collect
Only what you give us: in the brief form, your name, email, company (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or book a call on Cal.com, those services handle your data under their own policies.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation. We never sell your data or send you marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the site and email: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (delivering the form by email) and Namecheap Private Email (our inbox). None of them use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your rights
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733), you can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data by writing to contacto@gambitholabs.com. We reply within 10 business days.
